ProBlue Flex Patch Files

ProBlue Flex Membrane Panel ID Patch Files Disclaimer: If your ProBlue Flex unit shipped with software older than 2.549, please install the correct patch file for your unit type (OEM or OLED) to prevent a membrane panel failure in the future from making the door nonfunctional. Your unit must be running software version 2.553 or higher for the patch file to work.

Instructions for installing the patch file: 1. Manually power down ProBlue Flex Melter (completely disconnect from power source) 2. Copy the appropriate patch file to the root of the USB flash drive 3. Insert USB flash drive into ProBlue Flex Melter 4. Manually power up ProBlue Flex Melter *Wait for unit to boot up (at least 3 minutes) 5. Power down ProBlue Flex Melter (completely disconnect from power source) 6. Remove USB from ProBlue Flex Melter 7. Power up ProBlue Flex Melter 8. If the patch file was successfully loaded, the patch file will be removed from the USB flash drive. If you happen to install the wrong patch file, just perform the instructions again with the correct patch file. *If downloading this file multiple times, remove the number and brackets at the end of the file name when saving. ie PROBLUEFLEX_SETUIID_OLED Not PROBLUEFLEX_SETUIID_OLED(2) Melter will NOT accept the patch file if the brackets and numbers are in the file name.
