 1. Place file below onto USB flash drive for upgrade.
 2. Place the USB flash drive into the ProBlue Flex melter unit front panel USB port and follow installation instructions.

Version 6.203 Release Notes:
 - User Notification "Remote Recipe Not Saved" or "Remote Recipe Not Found" will no longer occur when loading a remote recipe via the PLC.

BBconn System Enhancements
 If your system uses BBconn, please note:
 • All ProBlue Flex units must be updated to v6.203 or higher
 • All Spectra Link must be updated to v2.006 or higher

New BBconn Features:
 • Maintenance Due Indicator: Now visible on BBconn Home tiles for ProBlue Flex.
 • Find System: Quickly locate any local unit from its menu.
 • Tile Rearrangement: You can now move BBconn Home tiles to suit your workflow.

Resolved Issues in Previous Release:
We have made several improvements to enhance system reliability and connectivity. Issues resolved include:
1. Improved Fill System Reliability
Resolved an issue where the system could begin filling with heaters turned off.
2. Enhanced Network Connectivity
Improved access to the melter’s web pages, especially on networks with high latency.
3. OLED Screen Saver Display Fix
Corrected the display of Japanese characters on the OLED screen saver.
4. EtherCAT Compatibility Update
Addressed a compatibility issue with the CompactCom M40 Module – EtherCAT when using:
    a. ProBlue Flex software version V4.010 or lower
    b. EtherCAT firmware version V2.24 or higher

    Firmware version can be found on the white sticker near the 20-pin connector.(see photo here)
5. Bootup Settings Stability
Fixed an issue where the Maximum Fill Time would reset to 60 seconds at bootup if previously set to a lower value.
6. Maintenance Timer Preservation
Maintenance timers are now retained during software upgrades.
7. Expanded I/O Board Stability
Resolved momentary toggling of inputs on the Expanded I/O board.
8. System I/O – Auto Setback Input Fix
Corrected Auto Setback input behavior for high-speed signals (shorter than 500 ms).
Note: For high-speed signals, use Standard Input #1.
9. Heat Scheduler Accuracy
Fixed an issue where the Heat/Setback scheduler was not operating on the correct day of the week.
    Upgrade recommended if using the scheduler and your PCB part number is 1127172_13 or 1127172_14.
