Fixes:
- Added line speed threshold before checking encoder alarms [EN-04, EN-05, EN-07]. These alarms will be checked only when line speed is > 1.00m/min or < -1.00m/min
- Fixed not being able to purge on channels 5-8
- Fixed runup output not clamping out at Pmin or Pmax
- Standard Input (S1) – Unit Enable response to input performance increase
- Gun Compensation Range - Expanded gun compensation range from 25 ms to 1000 ms (advanced users only).
