ProBlue Flex SD Card Files If you ordered (PN: 1130908 KIT, MICRO SD CARD, PB FLEX) the SD Card will come preloaded with the latest version’s files. We recommend upgrading to the desired firmware to ensure the correct files are installed. If you replaced the ProBlue Flex’s SD Card with a non-Nordson SD card, please follow the instructions to setup your SD Card.

1. Download the version that corresponds to the version the melter is running 2. Extract the contents from the downloaded folder 3. Copy the contents inside of the “Golden SD Card” folder to the root of the SD card 4. Upon completion, the file structure of the SD card should look like this:     - root (SD Card)        - Backup (folder)        - CurrentVersion (folder)        - Language Support (folder)        - PreviousVersion (folder)        - Settings (folder)        - DaylightTimeAdj.nta (file)        - WBPAGES.DAT (file)        - wilc1.bin (file)        - wilc3.bin (file)
