Touch the Tools button on the main button bar
Select System Configuration from the drop-down menu.
Touch the Security button at the top of the System Configuration window.
Different users may be given access to different functions of the OI.

Select System Configuration from the drop-down menu.
Touch the Security button at the top of the System Configuration window.
Touch the Security Configuration button. The Security System window appears.
Select the user from the drop-down list.
Touch the Permissions button. The Set User Permissions dialog box appears.
Use the check boxes to select the desired permissions for the user.
To clear all permissions, touch this button.
To enable all permissions, touch this button.
