Home > Pressure Readings
The Spray Monitor faceplate shows three actual and calibrated pressures at all times:
|
(Delta pressure is the difference between the base and fire pressures when the gun sprays.)
NOTE: The Spray Monitors send data to the OI once every second. The pressures shown in the pressure window are the average pressures taken during the one-second increment.
The following image shows the symbols that may appear in the pressure window.

< or > |
Pressure reading is either greater or less than what the pressure transducer can read. |
The current pressure transducer range is 0--600 psi. The current base pressure reading is greater than 600 psi, but cannot be precisely determined. |
* |
The Spray Monitor has not received a signal from the pressure transducer for at least five seconds. |
The pressure transducer has not sensed the fire pressure in at least five seconds. |
? |
The delta pressure cannot be determined because either the base or fire pressure reading is at least five seconds old. |
Because the base pressure is out of the transducer's range, an accurate delta pressure value cannot be determined. |
