Verify the timer settings and operation. Check timer output stability. If using a PLC as a timer, check for scan time jitter.

Recalibrate the spray monitor to the new settings.

Electrical glitches and/or noise in trigger interface to timer

Check the wiring between the timer and the iTrax Spray Monitor. Verify cable shielding.
