Alarm: Low Spray Flow

Spray pressure did not drop below the low flow alarm setting.

Possible Cause

Spray gun nozzle clogged

Remove and clean the nozzle. Replace the nozzle if necessary. Recalibrate the spray gun after replacing the nozzle.

Spray gun valve did not open, or opened only partially

Make sure the spray gun is getting the trigger signal and the coil is functioning properly. Disassemble and clean the spray gun. Replace any worn parts.

CO-plate orifice or O-ring worn or installed incorrectly, allowing too high a fluid flow

Remove CO-plate and check the O-ring. Replace the O-ring if it is damaged. Replace the CO-plate if it is worn. Recalibrate the spray gun after replacing the CO-plate.
